Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and online card payments made through www.plus-travel.mk (guided tours, excursions and private transfers). By making a booking or payment you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation by the customer

• More than 7 days before the scheduled service date — full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example entrance tickets or reservations).
• 3 to 7 days before — 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before, or no-show — no refund.

Cancellation by Plus Travel Skopje

If we must cancel a confirmed service due to weather, safety, an insufficient number of participants, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, at your choice.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — the same card used for the online payment — within up to 14 business days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
