Delivery Policy

Plus Travel Skopje provides travel services — guided tours, excursions and private transfers. We do not ship physical goods; all services are delivered as described below.

Booking confirmation

After a successful booking and payment on www.plus-travel.mk, a booking confirmation is sent to your email address, normally immediately and no later than 24 hours. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you do not receive it.

Delivery of the service

• Tours and excursions are provided on the date and time stated in your booking, from the agreed meeting or pick-up point.
• Private transfers are provided at the pick-up location, date and time you enter during booking.
• Any tickets, vouchers or instructions are delivered electronically by email. No physical delivery or shipping is involved.

Changes and assistance

If you need to change a pick-up time or location, please contact us as early as possible at info@plus-travel.mk or +389 71 237 447 / +389 78 290 935 (also WhatsApp and Viber), and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
